双金属线
铜线是标准的电导体材料,但是却有重量太重的缺点,铝线较轻但却导电性较差,钢线抗拉强度优异导电性却很差,双金属线就是结合了以上各种材料的优点、集优良的导电性、较轻的重量、较高的抗拉强度为一体的新一代电导体材料。公司主要产品铜包铝线和铜包钢线,采用先进的包覆焊接制造技术,将高品质铜带同心地包覆在铝杆或钢丝等芯线的外表面,并使铜层和芯线之间形成牢固的原子间的冶金结合。使两种不同的金属材料结合成为不可分割的整体,可以象加工单一金属丝那样作拉拔和退火处理,拉拔过程中铜和铝(钢)同比例地变径,铜层体积比则保持相对恒定不变。
由于高频信号具有“趋肤效应”的特点,因此铜包铝线和铜包钢线在传输高频信号(大于 5 MHz) 时,具有与纯铜线相同的导电性能。
铜包铝线和铜包钢线等双金属复合导线的优点
1.独特的复合性能:铜包铝线同时具备铜的导电性与铝的密度小的复合特性;而铜包钢线则将铜的导电性与钢的高强度结合在一起。镀锡铜包钢线发挥了锡的可焊性和抗硫化性;镀银铜包钢线则提高了导电性、导热性,增大了耐蚀性、抗氧化性。因而具有广阔的应用范围。
2.好的延展性和可加工性:可象纯铜线一样作拉拔和退火处理,还可进一步深加工成铜包铝漆包线,以及镀银、镀锡铜包钢线。
3.明显的经济效益:铜包铝线的密度仅为纯铜线的37~40%,其长度是同等重量、同等直径的纯铜线的2.45~2.65倍;同等重量、同等直径的铜包钢线其抗拉强度比纯铜线高1.6~2倍以上。因此,利用导线的长度或强度生产电线电缆,必将大大降低生产成本。
4.显著的社会效益和环境效益:节省大量稀缺的铜资源;减轻电缆重量,便于运输和网络施工,减轻工人劳动强度;包覆焊接法生产工艺不污染环境。
BIMETALLIC WIRE
The bimetallic wire has magic performances. If combines many beneficial properties of different metals in a single wire.
Our leading bimetallic products are TTOFF CCA wire and CCS wire. By applying our ented clad-welding technique, the wire is made by fusing a core aluminum or steel wire with an external copper cladding. The two different kinds of metals are metallurgically bonded at their interface and the copper-cladding thickness remains constant, so they become a single and indissociable wire.
Because of skin effect, the AC conductivity of CCA and CCS wire equals to solid copper when frequency greater than 5 MHz.
Advantage of Bimetallic Wire
1.With composite characteristics: the bimetallic wire combines different beneficial properties in a single wire. CCA wire integrates the beneficial properties of the wonderful conductivity of copper and the light-weight of aluminum; CCS wire,carries the strength of steel with the conductivity and corrosion resistance of copper; Tinned CCS wire is good at soldering and anti-vulcanization, and Silver plated CCS wire is appreciated with excellent performance of current and heat conductivity, corrosive resistance and oxidation resistance, even in the condition of high temperature.
2.With wonderful plasticity and easy to process further: CCA/CCS wire can be done in the same way as with copper wire. CCA wire is easy to be processed to fine wire or flat wire, while CCS wire to be tinned and Silver plated.
3.Economical effect: The density of CCA is about 37~40% of that of copper, its length is 2.45~2.65 times of copper in same weight and diameter. And the tensile strength of CCS is about 1.6~2 times higher than copper. All of these contribute to reduce production cost for cable manufacturers.
4.Social and environmental effect: It is helpful to save copper resource by using copper-clad wire. The finished cable will be easy to transport and install because of light weight. And there is no pollution discharged during the production with clad-welding technique.
